TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE
The owner of the online store www.Babysnuggle.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is PARGIPROFF OÜ (registration code 17006219), located at Ala-Varkali, Pässa village, Võrumaa, Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Contract, Product, and Pricing Information
The sales conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price of the product. All prices of goods sold in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the order confirmation.
Information about the product is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.
Placing an Order
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required information fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The total fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be securely paid via the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele.
- Visa/Mastercard payments.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payments are made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – payments via bank link are made in the respective bank's secure environment, and credit card payments are made in Maksekeskus AS's secure environment. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card information.
The contract is considered valid once the amount payable has been credited to the Online Store’s bank account.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days from the notification.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Denmark, the Czech Republic.
The buyer has the following delivery options: Itella Smartpost.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the respective pricing information is displayed next to the delivery method.
Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the buyer’s specified destination within 1-3 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes 2-13 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods may only be used to the extent necessary to determine the nature, features, and functioning of the goods, as is allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for a purpose other than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal statement, which can be found here, and send it to the email address info@babysnuggle.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the goods do not correspond to the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within this period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will promptly, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement, refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the goods that are the subject of the contract have been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery cost.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the Online Store was mistakenly listed significantly below the market price of the goods.
Right to File a Complaint
The Online Store is responsible for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first year, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless the Online Store can prove otherwise.
The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store no later than two months after discovering a defect by sending an email to info@babysnuggle.eu or by calling +372 5558 3551.
The Online Store is not liable for defects caused after the goods were delivered to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The Online Store forwards personal data to the delivery service providers to ensure the delivery of the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed their wish by entering their email address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their email address at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in an offer-containing email.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints about the Online Store, they must be sent via email to info@babysnuggle.eu or by calling +372 5558 3551.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The conditions of the procedure can be found and the application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the committee is free of charge.
